These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.azzamaid.org website (“Website”), “Azzam Aid” and any of their related services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Azzam Aid (“Azzam Aid”, “AZIM EKİBİ DERNEĞİ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Azzam Aid, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Services.

These terms and conditions apply whenever you visit or use our website, as well as when you make a donation to an appeal, cause, or campaign via our website.

Accounts 

You can make a donation to our charity without having an account with us. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. 

We may change these terms at any time, in which case the amended terms will be posted on our websites. They will apply from the date we post them, except for any donation that we have already accepted from you before the new terms are posted which will continue to be subject to the terms in force when your order was accepted. Please check these terms on each occasion that you use our websites. If you continue to use our sites you will be bound by the latest terms.

Dashboard for Donors

You may access and edit your profile, donation history, obtain receipts, and more via the Azzam Aid Donor Dashboard. It is intended to serve as a hub for donors to manage their donations and details on the website. We will guide you through the process of configuring and ensuring the success of setting up your donations dashboard.

What exactly is the Donor Dashboard?

You may view your donation history, your donor profile, your receipts and subscription management all from the donor dashboard. When you initially activate it for the first time.

You may authenticate your identity in three ways to get access to your dashboard:

  • Signing into the account linked to your donor account.
  • Directly accessing your donor dashboard after a completed charitable donation in the same browser.
  • Using our Email Access option to validate your email address.

Once you have authenticated your access, you may access all of the donor dashboard’s features by visiting the Donor Dashboard page.

Azzam Aid is a registered charity in Türkiye with Charity number 34263014. Our mission is to provide hope and change lives across the globe. Over the years, we have been active across various countries and supported many humanitarian projects including food, water, medical and orphan care. (”Services”). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Site and/or e-mails distributed to you from Azzam Aid, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, and the selection and arrangement of such content is the exclusive property of Azzam Aid or its licensors and is protected by the Türkiye and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


“Intellectual Property Rights” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Azzam Aid or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Azzam Aid. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Azzam Aid or its licensors.

Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Azzam Aid or third-party trademarks

Use of the site 

You may use or download material displayed on this Site for non-commercial, personal use only. If you download material, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the materials. You irrevocably waive any claim against Azzam Aid with respect to such other services. Azzam Aid is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your enablement, access or use of any such other services, or your reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies of such other services. Donations 

Donations made to the Azzam Aid platform to help with our humanitarian projects services are securely processed.

Sensitive and private data exchange happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Website and Services are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection. You can donate via PayPal, Apple or Google Pay payment. The donation on our website will be made in £ pound Stirling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which holders of international credit cards will be liable to pay.

Double Donation 

Your donation constitutes an offer to purchase the appeal specified by you, and it is not binding on us until we accept your payment. All donations that designate a specific appeal will be considered closed donations and will only be utilised for that reason.

Refund Policy 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a donation that you have made, we will be more than happy to offer a 28-day refund policy, which will begin from the date you make your donation.

If you do contact us outside the 28-day period, we may or may not refund the donation.

Your refund will be of the same value as your donation and in the same form of payment originally used at the time of purchase.

Please contact our staff by email, phone, or post if you wish to cancel your donation before it is utilised for your specified appeal or project.

Disclaimer of warranty

The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose. 

Indemnification and Release

Azzam Aid accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

Submissions 

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site (“Submissions”) provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Severability

Governing Law 

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Türkiye.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Türkiye, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.
